Compensation and Schedule



  • Compensation: $28-$33 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM



Role Overview

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely HVAC services to multiple customer sites. You'll travel to various commercial properties, maintaining and servicing HVAC systems while fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities



  • Complete preventative maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC systems, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of belts, pulleys, and controls.
  • Perform general repairs of steam/hot water boiler systems and diagnose airflow and ducting issues.
  • Safely diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or system failure issues on standard HVAC systems.
  • Perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance.
  • Conduct service and asset inspections.
  • Utilize technology to access and complete work orders and generate service reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions and clear communication.

Qualifications



  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of HVAC/General Maintenance experience, including electrical and plumbing.
  • Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to use handheld devices and business systems.
  • Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems.
  • EPA Universal certification (preferred).
  • Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license in good standing.



Physical Demands



  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
