Description

Tolmar, Inc. seeks Vice President of Manufacturing in Fort Collins, CO to Oversee the execution of manufacturing, production control, and continuous improvement for the company's full pharma product portfolio, which may include early-stage product development to full on-market manufacturing. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry or a closely related field. Degree equivalency accepted. Plus Ten (10) years of manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical industry. Ten (10) years of experience must be in a management role specific to manufacturing and have included Electronic Batch Record and Software experience and audit management and response experience (FDA, global partners, and regulatory agencies). Five (5) of the ten (10) years of experience must have included (Electronic Change Management Systems (Veeva or Trackwise) change to electronic training records and Lean Transformation Training (McKinsey or Carpedia), training and experience, change leadership, and managing through adversity. Two (2) of the ten (10) years of experience must have included Aseptic Manufacturing. Occasional remote work is allowed with approval (5 to 10 days a year.) Must live within commuting distance.

Compensation and Benefits



  • Pay: $265,000 to $285,000, depending on experience
