Field Service Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and support to supervisors and all members of the service team
• Foster a cohesive team effort between service, sales, and all other internal departments
• Manage and support technician performance, productivity, and morale
• Maintain expense control and drive departmental profitability
• Ensure accurate and timely warranty submission and maximize recovery opportunities
• Optimize asset utilization across field service operations
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety and compliance with all regulations
• Foster employee growth through training, coaching, and development opportunities
• Lead special projects and initiatives to support business objectives
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational success

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field or 8+ years of industry-related experience in a management role
• Extensive familiarity with service department operations
• Experience with successful people management
• Ability to foster and grow a team
• Knowledge of Caterpillar data systems, including SIS and DBS
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
• Multi-task and prioritize competing work demands
