About the Program Our 12-week PLOT Internship Program gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while focusing on a key project. You'll conduct in-depth research, apply your skills, and present your findings directly to leadership. This is more than just an internship-it's your chance to make a real impact, build industry knowledge, and sharpen your abilities in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Successful completion of the PLOT program can also earn you a scholarship between $1,000 and $3,000! Give me more information! As a Wilbur-Ellis Human Resources Operations Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR systems, process improvement, and service center operations while learning different aspects of HR technology and Workday implementation. You'll play a key role in streamlining HR processes, building resources, and ensuring efficiency in HR operations. This internship offers a chance to share your ideas, contribute to meaningful projects, and make a real impact. At the end of your internship, you'll have the opportunity to present your projects, experiences, and recommendations to our leadership team. We understand that as an intern, you may not have years of experience under your belt - and that's okay! We're looking for a college student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Ag Business, Agriculture, or a related field. Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $26 per hour.Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
