What Is My Impact? As a Senior Internal Auditor at GuideWell, you will play a pivotal role in driving business excellence and organizational improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and strengthen internal controls. You will leverage your expertise to deliver objective insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive positive change, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to make a meaningful impact on business operations and contribute to the organization's success. Key responsibilities include performing risk analyses, identifying risks, evaluating controls, and facilitating audits with regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive positive organizational change by leading audit engagements and providing objective assessments of operational risks and controls. Perform detailed analyses, identify risks, and evaluate controls.
- Analyze business processes, internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist senior auditors in the development of audit procedures
- Collaborate with audit management and business stakeholders to implement changes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Utilize data analytics and AI to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
- Facilitates audits with regulatory Agencies or 3rd parties.
- Develop and communicate audit findings and results through clear and concise reports and presentations.
What Is REQUIRED:
- 4+ years of internal or financial audit experience. Please note: Applicants with only 2+ years of the Big 4 experience - Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young, and/or KPMG specifically will be considered.
- Related bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Effective data analysis and interpretation skills, enabling sound decision making from a combination of qualitative and quantitative information
- Ability to work towards obtaining one or more of the following certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
General Physical Demands: Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $69,400 - $86,800 Annualized Salary Range: $69,400 - $112,800 Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
