The Production Lead will direct and coordinate day-to-day production activities. This person will plan, organize, and carry out objectives related to production efficiency, utilization, safety, productivity, and quality. This position will ensure that customer needs are met through appropriate day-to-day allocation of people, equipment, and assets in the production operations of the plant and will work with the management team, customers, and Lube-Tech personnel to prioritize tasks and assign resources cost effectively to meet the customers' needs.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS: Employee must have the ability to lift/carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and push/pull 76-100 pounds occasionally. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or use hands, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand, and/or walk. Employees may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Work in extreme heat (>80 degrees) during summer in the Warehouse and Production area. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - safety eye glasses and safety steel-toe shoes are required. Safety concerns to include heavy products, light and heavy-duty machinery, forklifts, working in a congested and high activity warehouse. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $22 and $27 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
