The RoleSalesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics. In this role, you'll be part of a team responsible for delivering research, insights, and programs related to equality and engagement. You'll leverage best-in-class technology to research, analyze, report on, and derive insights from employee data. You'll partner with and influence collaborators across HR to enable deep understanding of our workforce and the experiences of our employees - and to enable data-driven action. This role requires a strong business-minded analyst who can navigate complexity, manage a high volume of requests and priorities, drive alignment across stakeholders, and partner effectively cross-functionally (e.g., with legal, governance, and various HR teams). For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $230,000. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
