Responsible for enabling engagement by leading the development of a holistic approach to employee experience. This position will work cross-functionally to define and deliver experiences that enable our employees to find purpose and reach potential, to foster a positive work environment and culture. Responsible for implementing the global culture strategy aligning to the organization's mission, vision and values. Essential Functions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology or employee relations. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting, and process and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Should have prior management experience. Proven leadership experience, employee life-cycle expertise, experience in the spaces of influence and authority, ability to leverage data to influence and provide insights, global work experience, familiarity with journey maps and persona design, experience presenting to senior leadership, QDM certification, and coaching/facilitating experience. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Additional Details: The desired locations for this position would be Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Miami, FL.
