Mgr Human Resources - Employee Experience & Culture Engagement

Responsible for enabling engagement by leading the development of a holistic approach to employee experience. This position will work cross-functionally to define and deliver experiences that enable our employees to find purpose and reach potential, to foster a positive work environment and culture. Responsible for implementing the global culture strategy aligning to the organization's mission, vision and values.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute employee experience strategies in alignment with the company's business objectives (i.e., journey maps, employee value proposition, culture programs, and regional engagement)
  • Oversee the design employee personas to meet the core, common and custom needs of our employee population
  • Provide expertise and advice to senior leadership team on best practices to drive and embed employee centric values across functions
  • Consult and co-design enhancements of user experiences, physical and digital networks
  • Lead initiatives and programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across the enterprise and regions, including strategic reinforcement plans to ensure long-term sustainable success
  • Lead the design, resources, leadership commitment and execution of culture learning paths across the enterprise
  • Collaborate to reinforce and connect culture values across employee life cycle and experience touchpoints and overall employee engagement (e.g. selection process, performance management, rewards, compensation, etc.).
  • Design a strategy with HR policy teams and other functions as applicable to ensure employee centric strategies are reflected and embedded in company policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute a measurement strategy for evaluation of employee experience and culture strategy and initiatives, gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptionally strong collaborative mindset, customer focus and self-drive
  • Translate employee research and big data into personas, journey maps, service-design blueprints, employee experience strategy and vision, and ideal-state roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to lead change and improvement initiatives
  • Design of employee lifecycle phases and employee value proposition strategies to attract and retain talent
  • Led user design workshops and employee experience A/B testing for employee centric voice representation
  • Assess employee sentiment to uncover pain points and facilitate strategies to uncover solutions and partnering with stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead self and others in effectively communicating business and HR strategy, and culture values to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership engagement.
  • Creative vision and technical acumen to lead team to expanded levels of expertise and innovation.
  • Using quality and design thinking practices to develop solutions that are measurable and solve business problems.
  • Collaborating with multiple business units and departments to gather input and produce comprehensive solutions
  • Data mindset and knowledge of how to leverage data
  • Adept at balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day tasks, always keeping the company's culture at the forefront of their work.
  • Ability to work and lead effectively in a global working environment across geography and time zones

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology or employee relations.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting, and process and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Should have prior management experience. Proven leadership experience, employee life-cycle expertise, experience in the spaces of influence and authority, ability to leverage data to influence and provide insights, global work experience, familiarity with journey maps and persona design, experience presenting to senior leadership, QDM certification, and coaching/facilitating experience.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
