The hiring range for this role is: $25.00 - $25.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This is a hybrid position with 3-4 days in-office. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in various IT Service Management (ITSM) functions, including incident management, service request management, IT service delivery, and customer satisfaction. The intern will be involved in survey capture and assessment to gauge the customer experience. Responsibilities: *Assist in incident management and service request management. *Support IT service delivery and customer satisfaction initiatives. *Capture and assess customer satisfaction surveys. *Learn light project management, including handling project timelines and tasks within projected budgets. *Gain exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. *Participate in learning core computing areas like asset management and active directory. *Engage in customer-facing activities, including the Tech Lounge, to assist EUS in delighting our BCBSA customers. Learning Opportunities: *Develop skills in ITSM functions and tools. *Understand project management principles and practices. *Enhance knowledge of asset management and active directory. *Improve customer service skills through direct interaction.
