Job Purpose:

Vantage Financial is a leading provider of equipment leasing solutions, specializing in facilitating access to crucial equipment across various industries and we are seeking an accomplished and strategic SVP, Managing Director to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market leadership. With a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction, Vantage Financial aims to empower businesses to thrive by offering flexible leasing options tailored to their specific needs.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience, a strong executive presence, and will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the equipment leasing industry. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of Vantage Financial.

Job Duties:

  • Identify and capitalize on high-value new business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives, financial decision-makers, and key stakeholders, positioning Vantage Financial as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on equipment leasing options, terms, and financial considerations.
  • Lead negotiations for multi-million-dollar transactions, structuring customized leasing solutions that align with clients' financial and operational goals. Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the sales cycle to ensure timely closure and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand market share, enhance brand visibility, and differentiate Vantage Financial in the competitive leasing landscape.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to shape business strategy and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of lease transactions and exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to monitor performance against goals and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-first thinking.
  • Will perform special projects as assigned.

Education, Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the equipment leasing industry.
  • Strong understanding of equipment leasing principles, terms, and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and negotiate effectively to close deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and proactively to drive business outcomes.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the equipment leasing industry.
