Job Title: Install Technician Location: Washington DC Beltway Region Overview: We are seeking an Install Technician to join our team. The primary location for projects will be within the Washington DC beltway region. The Install Technician will work under the supervision of a Team Lead, alongside 1 to 2 other technicians. This role requires flexibility in commuting to various locations within Frederick County, Carroll County, Washington County, Montgomery County, and other areas between Baltimore and Washington, DC. The technician will primarily work in healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and commercial environments. Responsibilities: * Assist in the installation of electronic security systems, access control panels, and CCTV cameras. * Install security camera hardware and perform drilling/fishing of wires as needed. * Install electric lock systems for sliding, interlock, and electric strike doors. * Drill door contacts and match them with corresponding magnets. * Terminate and run cables, including but not limited to RJ45 network cables. * Maintain consistent communication with the Team Lead. * Conduct oneself professionally at all site locations. Headquarters: Frederick, MD * Each team lead departs from this location daily, which can be used as a meeting spot for carpooling. * Technicians who prefer to drive themselves are welcome to do so but cannot expense mileage to and from work. Goal: The main goal for entry-level or experienced technicians is to learn and grow in the security field, working towards service engagements.
