Job Description - The role is an entry-level position, focused on a 'go-getter' type of candidate with 3 years of experience, - The desired candidate should be a self-starter, problem-solver, and able to figure things out on their own without constantly needing to escalate issues. - The role involves helping the team navigate the company's complex SaaS-based systems, managing the backlog of work and requests, gathering requirements, and solutioning with the team. - The role requires technical aptitude, such as understanding SQL databases and being able to run queries and pull data, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the team to find solutions. - The candidate should have a basic understanding of database structure and how to relate information, as they may be required to assist with dashboard building. - The role is a hybrid position, with a few days per week in the office to understand the business processes.
