Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? This position supports tax regulatory reporting for RBC Capital Markets. The role will provide strategic direction and leadership on tax reporting projects. Consults and interfaces with various operational and technology departments, and leads high detail analysis of tax program workflow, business workflow and documents related procedures. Partners with the various operations and other business lines to solve problems and improve processes, and documents technical improvements and innovation. Works with Director, Senior Manager, and Senior Initiatives Manager within the group to understand, fulfill, and implement business requirements for tax document redesign and improvement, including, but not limited to, regulatory and firm-initiated requirements. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000 - $115,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
