Join our team as an Advisor Operations analyst, where you'll leverage your skills to support the Mutual of Omaha Advisor team by processing various requests related to securities transactions and compliance. This role involves reviewing, validating, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client documents account forms, and regulatory paperwork. The analyst will collaborate field advisors and with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Estimated Salary:$58,656 - $91,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Provides service and support for distribution channels, responding to questions regarding products and processes, trouble-shooting error situations as needed to ensure producers have the support necessary to maintain strong relationships with their clients. Contributes to retention through promotion and maintenance of positive relationships with producers. Identifies and assists in the resolution of various product and technology issues or concerns.
  • Processes and enters information related to the establishment and maintenance of client accounts and facilitates other operational processes including trading in support of MOIS business activities.
  • Reviews and oversees security processes based on the requirements of the Written Supervisory Procedures. Follows up on inconsistencies or issues, recommends potential solutions and ensures timely adherence.
  • Coordinates the distribution of security related documents and/or activities to the appropriate area. Monitors responses to ensure areas take appropriate actions within the effective date/time frame.
  • Contributes to various processes supporting producers' insurance business as a part of Mutual of Omaha Marketing Corporation.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Registration as a FINRA General Securities Representative AND as a FINRA General Securities Principal within the shorter timeframe of 120 days or after three attempts at the Series 7 exam; and Series 24 Exam
  • Eligible to be bonded and remain bonded.
  • Ability to work efficiently in pressure situations and demonstrate a high level of flexibility, time-management, and communication skills in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Considerable knowledge of securities and/or insurance laws, federal and state government laws/regulations.

  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.



PREFERRED:



  • Operational and client service experience at a registered Broker Dealer
  • Series 7 and Series 24 Exams.
  • Experience supporting registered financial advisors.
