*Description*
The Project Coordinator will support the Operations and Service Manager by coordinating services, inspections, and other assigned duties to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle incoming service requests and coordinate service schedules. * Develop and maintain a scheduling tracking system, resolving conflicts as they arise. * Prepare completed service tickets/orders for final review. * Manage central station monitoring account information for new and existing customers. * Control documentation by logging incoming and preparing outgoing correspondence, transmittals, daily reports, and meeting minutes. * Attend and participate in meetings, assisting in identifying and resolving issues affecting service schedules. * Prepare and coordinate the delivery of project close-out documents, including correspondence, reports, warranty letters, and O&M manuals. * Perform administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, updating supplies, and conducting inventory reviews. * Assist the Service Manager with other administrative duties as needed. * Utilize various applications and software programs to manage services, scheduling, orders, and related tasks. *Requirements & Skills:* * Proficiency in MS Office Suite. * Excellent data entry skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively. * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, think independently, be flexible, take initiative, and manage multiple concurrent projects. * Attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Good understanding of customer service and scheduling methods. * Ability to read and interpret documents, materials, policies, and procedures in English. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
