Logistics Management Institute (LMI) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Level Operations Research Analyst to provide expert support for the N2W Integration & Readiness Assistant Program Manager. This role is integral to ensuring the continuity and success of mission-critical tasks for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).

Responsibilities

You will serve as a project scheduler for the N2W program with the responsibilities to:

    Provide full-time construction schedule support at the NGA facility on 2nd Street in St. Louis.
  • Serve as a technical advisor for the N2W Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), offering oversight and guidance throughout the construction and facility opening process.
  • Conduct analysis of construction schedule data to identify trends and predictive analytics.
  • Develop, integrate, maintain and perform analysis on the N2W IMS. The N2W IMS is maintained on MS Project Servers and consists of several sub-projects developed and imported from various sources, to include Primavera servers at USACE centers of excellence, MS Project servers at NA VAIR, and various other MS Project data from internal NGA stakeholders.
  • Receive, format, correct/debug, and integrate multiple sub-project data sets (in MS Excel and MS Project formats) into MS Project based IMS on a regular, defined schedule.
  • Generate advanced schedule graphics and reports for briefings to senior NGA leaders and members of Congress.
  • Create, modify, and filter network schedules from various information sources. Perform quality control and quality assurance analysis of schedule data to ensure integrity of related data links in an environment of ongoing and continuous schedule data change.
  • Provide ad hoc support to N2W IMS Lead in development and publication of standard and tailored schedule products.
  • Define and communicate impacts of construction schedule variance on N2W schedule critical path, near critical paths, task/activity float, and impacts of changes on linked/related program.
  • Provide schedule input to the APM-I&R on budget and other taskers or actions.
  • Support APMs in planning and technical exchanges between prime contractors, segments, projects and customers.
  • Take & publish meeting minutes; advise PMO & stakeholders on IMS issues.
  • Document & support implementation of IMS improvements & best practices.
  • Prepare IMS briefing materials.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Possess a DoD TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain Counterintelligence Polygraph
  • At least six years demonstrated expertise in the use and manipulation of MS Project data, to include data residing in multiple complex sub-projects residing both locally and on remote server locations.
  • At least six years demonstrated experience as scheduler on at least two major IT, security or construction projects with large, complex schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting analysis and developing metrics on schedule data to determine project trends and inform leadership decisions.
  • Demonstrated development of a complex integrated master schedule, meeting with stakeholders and building line-by-line schedules in MS Project.

Desired:

  • Certification as Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional (SP) or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP)
  • Related experience in a complex mega facilities project.
  • Previous experience as a Control Account Manager.
  • MS Project 2010, 2013, or 2024 certification.
