Job Summary

Lumen Field is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Leader to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of inventory and supplies throughout the venue. This role is responsible for supervising a team, managing inventory control, and supporting efficient workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead warehouse porters, leads and supervisors, providing regular feedback.
  • Perform data entry of inter- department transfers to ensure accurate inventory at all times.
  • Supervise warehouse operations before, during, and after events, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of products.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and Levy policies.
  • Partner with purchasing managers to maintain appropriate stock levels by communicating usage trends and inventory needs.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts, generate reports, and address discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory following safety and sanitation practices.
  • Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure completion of daily and event-based operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and logistics partners to resolve issues and streamline operations.
  • Perform inspections of warehouse spaces and equipment, report maintenance needs, and ensure proper upkeep.
  • Manage daily workforce scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and review premium pull sheets, non-charge stock sheets, and event-specific documentation.
  • Develop and optimize warehouse procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse spaces, ensuring compliance with safety audits.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and warehouse software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • WA State Food Handler's Permit required
  • WA State Class 12 MAST Permit required.
