For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary Lumen Field is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Leader to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of inventory and supplies throughout the venue. This role is responsible for supervising a team, managing inventory control, and supporting efficient workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational efficiency, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead warehouse porters, leads and supervisors, providing regular feedback. Perform data entry of inter- department transfers to ensure accurate inventory at all times. Supervise warehouse operations before, during, and after events, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of products. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and Levy policies. Partner with purchasing managers to maintain appropriate stock levels by communicating usage trends and inventory needs. Conduct monthly inventory counts, generate reports, and address discrepancies. Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory following safety and sanitation practices. Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure completion of daily and event-based operations. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and logistics partners to resolve issues and streamline operations. Perform inspections of warehouse spaces and equipment, report maintenance needs, and ensure proper upkeep. Manage daily workforce scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation. Prepare and review premium pull sheets, non-charge stock sheets, and event-specific documentation. Develop and optimize warehouse procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce errors. Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse spaces, ensuring compliance with safety audits. Qualifications Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train diverse teams. Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and warehouse software. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions.
