PROJECT MANAGER (Onsite)

Primary Location: Charlotte, NC ( Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.

Oversee project estimation processes to provide accurate and realistic timelines and budgets.

Provide continuous project tracking to monitor progress and identify any potential issues early.

Manage project time effectively to ensure all milestones are met on schedule.

Ensure project quality management by implementing and adhering to quality standards and procedures.

Manage project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure all deliverables are met.

Implement Scrum methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency

Apply Agile PLM principles to enhance project management processes and outcomes

Qualifications:

Must have strong experience in project planning estimation tracking time management quality management scope management risk management cost and budget management Scrum stakeholder management budgeting MS Project and Agile PLM.

Nice to have experience in the Cards and Payments domain.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 20^th , 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $97,337 to $141,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
