Genesis10 is seeking a Full Stack .Net Developer for our client in the Financial Services Industry. This is anticipated to be a 6+ month Contract opportunity which is located in Irving, TX 75063 .

Position Overview:
The Full Stack .NET Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the .NET stack. You will work with a range of front-end and back-end technologies to create seamless, robust, and scalable solutions. This role requires both creative problem-solving skills and the technical ability to turn complex requirements into high-quality code. The ideal candidate needs to be really strong technically and have a solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using JavaScript, React or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and other front-end technologies.
- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs into applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers, to design and implement features.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices for both front-end and back-end development.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Maintain application security, scalability, and reliability standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to keep applications and processes current.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of web services and API development (RESTful).
- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, working with .NET technologies.
