What You'll Do: As a Marketing Promotions Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost market awareness and drive growth. Your focus areas will include branches (including school branches), new markets, the Financial Wellness for Employees Program, financial wellness and empowerment programs (Project Money, Project Teen Money, and Women Build Equity), young adult influencer initiatives, University of Wisconsin programs, and Oodles.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute strategies that increase market awareness and meet the organization's growth targets.
  • Ensure all promotional materials are based on target market insights and competitive analysis, aligning with Summit's brand and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Summit's media buying Agency of Record (AOR) to develop and execute media plans that align with advertising goals and audience targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Continuously seek and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation.


What We're Looking For:



  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, media buying, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong proofreading and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in various marketing tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Energy, focus, and persistence despite challenges, disruptions, and redirections.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
