The Administrative Security Coordinator provides general and detailed support to the Facility Security Officer (FSO), Project Managers, Superintendents, and other key personnel. The Administrative Security Coordinator is responsible for the support and coordination of security access to multiple job sites accurately and in a timely manner. This role is responsible for efficiently processing all security issues for the General Contractor, all Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Vendors in a timely manner so they may obtain access to the Projects. This role has the potential to evolve. The role's standard work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, which includes a one-hour lunch break. Employees are expected to adhere to this schedule, ensuring punctuality and productivity throughout the working day. Practical Experience A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in a mid to large-size organization. Previous experience supporting multiple functions/departments. Technical Qualifications or Specialized Certification
