SUMMARY Oversees the Accounting activities for the Operations group to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements and annual budgets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Partners with Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounting and business unit leads to ensure budgets are developed across operating groups timely and accurately; * Provides input on monthly reforecast of operational revenue and EBITDA; * Provides analysis and insight to management and corporate about financial results of operations and forward-looking insights; * Works with management to monitor and ensure invoicing and revenue recognition practices are aligned with Alliant corporate policies and consistent across the Operations group; * Monitors and helps resolve issues related to revenue sharing practices across operations; * Develops plans to support operational efforts to manage revenue and EBITDA growth and expected EBITDA margin; * Ensures accurate reporting; * Partners with Operations and Corporate Business Intelligence (BI) team to facilitate data automation from acquired companies to BI; * Provides financial, sales and operational information to Corporate Services as requested; * Works with Operations/Accounting to ensure outstanding receivables are collected; * Assists management in developing and managing incentive plans for internal Producers and service staff across the Operations group; * Partners with M&A integration team to assist in smooth integration of acquired companies within the Operations group; * Develops business plans and projections for new strategic initiatives, and measures against those once implemented; * Reviews and approves individual business expense reports where unusual reimbursements are requested, and ensures it is aligned with corporate policies; * Assists in the contingent and supplemental income agreements for the Operations group; * Motivates staff, advises management, manages priorities, conducts employee training and development; * Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience Six (6) or more years related work experience Certified Public Accountant (CPA) SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership, problem solving and time management skills Advanced analytical skills Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills Ability to interface with executives - internal and external Proficient in Microsoft Office products We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
