As a General Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of third party resources supporting the business.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following...

  • Manage Workflow of third party suppliers/resources
  • Manage non-standard workflow queries by interacting across a Matrix Organization
  • Prepare and Present Analytic & metrics reports routinely to leadership
  • Compare current and historical trends in workflow
  • Allocation of appropriate contracting resources
  • Delivering resourcing solutions by optimizing resources more effectively
  • Engage with IT to ensure Service Request Systems operate properly
  • Interact Daily with Contract Managers, Sr. Leadership, and other cross matrix Third Party Resource (TPR) Teams regarding workload and metrics updates
Why you? Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience leveraging procurement analytics/data outputs to generate reports.
  • More than 2 years of experience in project management and business operations.
Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Advanced Degree in Business Management, Mathematics, or Business Operations
  • Ability to multi-task across various requests daily and work independently
  • Ability to engage senior leadership with limited direction
