Job Description

Overview: Visa Acceptance Solutions is dedicated to enhancing the global payment ecosystem by providing innovative solutions that drive value for our clients. We are seeking a customer-focused and strategic marketer to join our global Commercial Marketing team. The Campaign & Solutions Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in transforming complex information into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with our clients and the market. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate our impact through audience-first approaches and building full funnel go-to-market integrated plans extending across various media formats and channels. You will be responsible for understanding the products and solutions aligned with your campaign, enabling you to drive end-to-end conversations that address business challenges and offer technology solutions.

Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Solutions Marketer, you will play a critical role in translating business objectives into actionable marketing outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring regional alignment, designing client journeys, orchestrating execution, communicating strategy, and optimizing performance. This position requires the ability to wrap your head around the products and solutions you'll be responsible for and the audiences that you're speaking to, so that you can make informed decisions on the channel tactics and content needed to drive a cohesive GTM strategy. This role covers the Unified Commerce portfolio, including promoting products such as Unified Checkout, Card Present Connect, and Click to Pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate Objectives into Actionable Outcomes:

* Develop detailed marketing action plans that break down business objectives into specific marketing initiatives and tasks across the funnel.

* Utilize knowledge of your portfolio products and solutions to ensure marketing initiatives and messages are aligned with the business challenges and technology solutions.

* Create funnel stage KPIs to track key performance indicators at each stage of the marketing funnel.

Ensure Regional Alignment:

* Collaborate with regional teams to develop comprehensive Regional Strategic Plans that outline localized strategies.

* Produce regional alignment reports and artifacts to assess alignment between regional activities and global strategies.

Design Client Journeys:

* Create client journey maps to visually represent omnichannel demand journeys for key audiences and illustrate the sequence of interactions and experiences for clients across various channels.

* Develop persona-based journey blueprints to outline tailored journeys for different buyer personas.

Orchestrate Execution:

* Develop execution playbooks and project briefs to guide teams on implementing demand strategies across different channels.

* Create campaign activation plans detailing the activation of demand strategies, including timelines and key milestones.

Communicate Strategy:

* Prepare and deliver Strategy Presentations articulating the demand strategy, objectives, and expected outcomes, providing regular update reports to stakeholders.

Optimize Performance:

* Monitor key performance metrics related to demand activation, conversion, and revenue through performance dashboards.

* Work with the performance marketing team to generate optimization reports providing data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing demand strategy effectiveness.

What You Bring:

* A passion for marketing strategy and storytelling, coupled with broad and deep business acumen and sound decision-making abilities.

* Strong capabilities in program management, organizational skills, and change management strategy.

* Proficiency in communication skills and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment to drive high-quality results.

* Proven experience in developing and executing detailed marketing action plans and tracking key performance indicators.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with regional teams, design client journeys, and optimize campaign performance.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

*6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years

of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

*Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role within a global

B2B technology organization.

*Proven experience guiding internal channel teams and external agencies to

ensure effective execution of our strategies and objectives.

*Proficiency in workflow management tools such as Wrike, Kapost, Trello, or

*Experience with CRM/automation and ABM content/social analytics.

*Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and in ambiguous

situations while delivering high-quality output.

*Experience in payments, B2B SaaS, or Fintech related industries is preferred.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,100.00 to 172,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
