• UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 432 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.

Under the supervision of nursing leadership, the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily and ongoing generation of schedules, reports and maintenance for nursing personnel. Scope of responsibilities include resource for scheduling software (eg. Kronos), data tracking, act as liaison for nursing with stakeholders, and administrative support for nursing service.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of Clerical, Administrative, IT, or Timekeeping experience.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree
