Our Company Adobe Design seeks a Senior Designer to join our internal Incubator Team. As part of a startup-style multi-disciplinary team, you'll tackle an emerging product for the small business space. You'll work directly with your project team to identify key opportunities, drive alignment with concepts and storytelling, and ship brand new products and then help them grow. What you'll doThe successful candidate will be collaborative and proactive, exceling at both high-level vision and practical execution with exceptional design craft. Our incubator teams operate in a fast-paced lean startup environment and are empowered to shape strategy and drive innovation through compelling storytelling and evidence-based design thinking. You'll create strategic frameworks, research insights, vision presentations, and actionable deliverables that build alignment and momentum around an emerging product space. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
