Production Operator Shift: 1st, (6:30am - 5pm) *Pay: $18/hr* We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operator to join our team for a 1st shift position. In this role, you will operate machinery and assist with a variety of production tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality. Job Responsibilities: Operate mixing machines for batch mixing of materials. Ensure equipment is running smoothly and report any issues to maintenance. Regularly operate forklifts to move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations. Maintain proper documentation for dosage, lot numbers, scrap, and production issues. Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping and maintaining cleanliness in maintenance areas, production areas, warehouse, and parking lot. Ensure all materials are properly returned to containers or disposed of in the trash as directed. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees. Follow guidelines for handling materials safely and efficiently.
