Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $25-$30/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a company in Cedarburg, WI. This is a direct hire role. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines, PLC, machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe systems, and electrical systems - Visual inspection and testing of machinery and equipment, including electrical and electronic test equipment - Follow specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools - Maintain working areas and departments in a safe, clean and orderly manner Maintenance Technician Requirements: - A background in CNC machine repair AND/OR education in Industrial Maintenance or related fields is preferred - Mechanical Maintenance experience repairing complex machinery, PLC, equipment, physical structures, pipe systems, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment is preferred - Strong organizational skills, mathematical aptitude, effective communication, thorough follow-through, and computer proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook - Ability to work independently, identify problems, and determine the best solution(s) Benefits: - Full health care plan with Dental and Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution, PTO and Holiday Pay, Life and AD&D insurance, self-directed 401k plan - 3% company match, profit sharing plan, team gainsharing bonus program, referral program - Company provided PPE: Safety glasses (including prescription) and safety-toe shoe reimbursement program - Family-owned environment: Company lunches, milestone recognition, cookouts and holiday parties, on-site recreational center for employees and their family members including weightlifting and cardio equipment, golf simulator, pickleball court, and more QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
