Position Title: CNC Machinist
Wage: $25-$38/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3pm-11pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a CNC Machinist for a company in Cedarburg, WI. This is a direct hire role. CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Set up, program, and tun CNC machines - Inspect your own parts - Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments - Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes - Maintain a safe working environment CNC Machinist Requirements: - 3+ years of experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, CNC 5-Axis OR CNC Lathes is required - Ability to program using Mastercam and/or Mazatrol is required - Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings - Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers - Ability to process precision parts from start to finish Benefits: - Relocation assistance $2,500 signing bonus, full health care plan with Dental and Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution, PTO and holiday pay, Life and AD&D insurance, self-directed 401k plan - 3% company match, paid mealtime, profit sharing plan, team gainsharing bonus program, referral program - Company provided PPE: Safety glasses (including prescription), uniforms, and safety-toe shoe reimbursement program - Family-owned environment: Company lunches, milestone recognition, cookouts and holiday parties, on-site recreational center for employees and their family members including weightlifting and cardio equipment, golf simulator, pickleball court, and more QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
