Position Title: Paint Line Attendant
Wage: $22.50-$23.50/hour Shift: 2nd, will be training on 1st Hours: 3pm-1am, (training) 6am-3pm Looking to gain more hands-on knowledge of the industrial painting processes? Paint Line Attendant Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Work in a team environment to hang parts for coating process, and remove parts once coating process is completed for components - Read, learn, and understand work instructions written or verbal to complete powder coat process - Follow established guidelines and quality standards - Meet team established production rates at the average line speed of 10 pfm - Accomplish all paint support functions, including powder coating set-up, cleaning, and hook maintenance - Comply with all safety regulations - Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to established procedures Paint Line Attendant Requirements: - Prolonged standing - Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and moving about all shift - Ability to lift up to 35-100 pounds (team lifts) - Ability to follow work instructions and work in a team environment - Excellent hand-eye coordination needed - Experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
