SUMMARY

Kraft Sports and Entertainment (KS+E), seeks an experienced and dynamic senior executive to lead a team of high performing professionals and to utilize market analysis and strategy development to grow revenue across sponsorship, hospitality and ticketing products. The ideal candidate will have experience building teams and developing talent and a creative mindset geared toward re-imagining the current state of business and implementing new products and programs to meet existing and future customer needs. They will use data-driven analysis and decision-making to prioritize opportunities for growing revenue, optimizing sales processes and exceeding goals.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Drive growth and long-term development of sponsorship and hospitality revenue for the New England Patriots, the New England Revolution and Gillette Stadium.
  2. Manage, lead, build and align an experienced group of executives and drive results through effective performance management and professional development.
  3. Strengthen sales, renewal, retention and pipeline processes for New England Patriots ticket products.
  4. Develop and implement dynamic multi-year sales plans and product/pricing strategies that align with the company's revenue goals.
  5. Prospect and identify new opportunities for growth and explore untapped resources to reach target audiences.
  6. Assess market trends and adapt to changing market conditions to support strategic recommendations.
  7. Create robust KPI metrics and utilize dashboards and scorecards to drive accountability and results for both group and individual performance.
  8. Allocate resources and manage sales budgets while ensuring a strong return on investment.
  9. Work cross-functionally with business intelligence, marketing, operations and IT departments to develop new business opportunities to achieve objectives.
  10. Utilize experience and influence to drive adoption of sales and service techniques.
  11. Optimize efficiencies and workflows to meet or exceed goals.
  12. Create executive-level reporting and dashboards and present to senior leadership.
  13. Leverage success of long-standing relationships with core customer base to retain and renew existing business.
  14. Liaison with NFL and MLS to track and evaluate New England Patriots and New England Revolution metrics vs league averages.



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 15+ years professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years executive level experience.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and drive sales enablement.
  • Experience leveraging CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
  • A strong business background with experience leading teams and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated change management experience.
  • Forward-thinking, agile mentality with the courage to embrace unconventional ideas and willingness to challenge norms.
  • Data-driven, decision-making mindset.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening, negotiation and presentation.
  • Intuition and curiosity.
