Your Future Role

In this role, you'll be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our material handling processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our facilities. We will look to you for:

  • Efficient handling of materials, including loading, unloading, sorting, packing, issuing, and counting of assets.
  • Compliance with shipping and receiving protocols by examining shipment contents against documentation.
  • Utilization of the GSI Inventory Control System to identify materials and assign appropriate storage locations and part numbers.
  • Conducting periodic cycle counts of assets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

All About You

We value passion and the right attitude over extensive experience. While we don't expect you to possess every skill, we believe the following qualifications will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • A background in materials management, facilities support, or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory control systems, preferably GSI.
  • Understanding of shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to support site emergency procedures effectively.

Join us on a transformative journey within the rail industry where your role is crucial to our success. You will:

  • Experience a stable and challenging work environment free from monotonous routines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to innovative projects that make a difference in the transport sector.
  • Drive your own career trajectory across functions and countries.
  • Enjoy continuous professional development through our award-winning learning programs.
  • Being part of a fair and competitive reward package that recognizes your contributions, along with comprehensive social coverage.

You don't need to be a transport enthusiast to thrive with us. When you see the results of your efforts in action, whether in our facilities or on the move, you will feel a sense of pride. If you are ready to embark on this exciting journey, we would love to hear from you!
