Overview

The Contract Specialist/Office Manager is a dual-role position and is responsible for overseeing contract management and ensuring smooth office operations in a fast-paced land right-of-way environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide land services in support of utility or pipeline operations and/or maintenance and ongoing projects for Rampart clients.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to land right-of-way acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Maintain and update contract records, databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal teams, land agents, and project managers to manage contract execution and approvals.
  • Monitor contract terms and conditions, including renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes or issues that arise during the acquisition process.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including administrative functions, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and office staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Perform such other duties which may be reasonably requested or assigned to him/her by Company from time to time in order to promote the business interests of Company and to carry out the purposes of this Agreement.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $143,000.00 /Yr.
