About the Position... The Operations Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the Central Operations and Branch Support, Wire Department, and ACH Origination departments, are always staffed appropriately, and that all related tasks and responsibilities are handled accurately, timely and efficiently and according to Bank policies and procedures. The Operations Administrator will train, mentor and provide support to all direct reports, as well as provide training, support and guidance to other personnel of the Bank. Under the direction of the Director of Deposit Operations, this position will also be responsible for maintaining and updating various deposit systems software, including the Bank's core system, Wire and ACH processing systems, and Online Banking platforms. The Operations Administrator will review and maintain the Standard Procedures Manual on a regular basis, in coordination with the Director of Deposit Operations and the Director of Branch Administration. The Operations Administrator will work closely with the Director of Deposit Operations and the Chief Operating Officer on new product development and implementation, as well as M&A activities, and associated system conversions. The Operations Administrator will perform a variety of daily tasks including reviewing management reports, solving problems associated with item and data processing, and assisting the Director of Deposit Operations and the Chief Operating Officer with duties and projects as requested. This position will be responsible for ensuring that various audits and exams are completed and receive at least a Satisfactory rating including Wires, Electronic Banking, ACH, and Central Operations. Qualifications
About You Education/Certification: High School Graduate is required. Bachelor's Degree or Banking School Certificate is preferred. Required Knowledge:Thorough understanding of Deposit related compliance laws and regulations. Knowledge of Cores Systems.Knowledge of Back Office and Branch Operations. Experience Required: Five years of previous management experience and a minimum of 5 years' Bank experience in Operations including experience with core banking systems. Experience with Wires and ACH preferred. Skills/Abilities:
