POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Brand Manager to join our Nature's Bounty Broadline business which brings $900MM in gross sales. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of executing innovative initiatives, analyzing business performance, and managing budgets. You will play a key role in shaping our annual marketing plan and implementing compelling consumer and customer promotional programs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of impactful sales communications, on-package messaging, and exciting new product launches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with Brand Management team to analyze performance of brand and competitors.
  • Assists in development of marketing planning and brand strategy to achieve annual sales and profit objectives.
  • Assist in the development of the Market Business Strategy and Integrated Commercial Planning.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of advertising and promotional tactics (including but not limited to: shopper activations, consumer promotions, and social/digital creative).
  • Provide support to the sales organization with regard to marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of customer marketing initiatives and new product launches.
  • Assist with digital, coupons and other marketing executions.
  • Manage quantitative and qualitative assessment of platform product performance (IRI reporting, weekly consumption, etc).
  • Utilize tracking tools including scanning and panel data to identify, analyze and interpret market/channel conditions.
  • Identify and utilize secondary data sources where appropriate to evaluate industry trends, competitive situations, customer feedback and marketing requirements
  • Lead and launch pack and flavor extensions.
  • Manage budget expenditures.
  • Reconcile actual vs. planned expenditures.
  • Work with Customer Development Manager and Sales Teams to develop sales communication and customer specific marketing programs.
  • Manage Agency partnership and assist with creative development.
  • Work with external licensing partners as necessary.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA preferred (equivalent work experience that is uniquely well-suited and significant may be considered). Bachelor's Degree is Required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Associate Brand Manager or similar role is required.

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market dynamics into actionable tactics.
  • Collaborative/team player, strategic agility, proven ability to make complex decisions, dealing with ambiguity, ability to influence senior management on strategic decisions based on actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energy & Drive: self-starter, independent thinker, action oriented, strong passion for results.
  • Organizational Positioning Skills: Strong presentation skills & written communications, ability to interact successfully with senior management.
  • Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Customer focus, skilled to build and foster effective peer relationships, proven ability to effectively collaborate across functional areas.
  • Proficiency in IRI data analysis, promotional budget management, volume forecasting, project management and copy development.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY.

Theapproximate payrange for this position is $95,000 to $140,000.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
