Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Weekend rotation required. We are seeking a Physical Therapist with acute care experience to: Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex patients admitted to University Hospital in acute care settings. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans. Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center. Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate others.
