We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Edge & Telecom Data Facility Cooling segment within North America. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow our distribution partner network while directly selling to cooling equipment customers. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the data center cooling or HVAC industry and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. This commercial focused leader will drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying market opportunities building key relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market trends into actionable commercial, product , and go to market strategy including robust sales initiatives while delivering hands-on customer engagement.
