What We DoProvides functional and processing support to ensure the efficiency of computer operations. Monitor company operating system in a production environment to ensure maximum availability and reliability. Gathers information and tracks issues to determine root cause and identify reoccurring problems regarding production operations. Implements key business improvement initiatives for assigned work group(s). Utilizing business, leadership and technical skills, defines opportunities, analyzes data, designs production work flows, and improves business processes. Participates in strategy development and executes a plan to deliver process performance improvements related to quality, delivery, and cost.

Essential Functions

  • Gather information to review and identify key areas for improvement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement through data and cost analysis
  • Identify reoccurring and potential operation/procedural issues; recommend controls for prevention
  • Apply analysis to recommend improvements to quality and eliminate waste/cost
  • Apply metrics and data from related reports to measure improvement

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Must have experience optimizing resources to meet and exceed production goals
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for process improvement
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Strong detail / quality orientation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong MS skill set
  • Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents

Typical Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • AA degree/Technical School Certificate preferred

Typical Range of Experience

  • 4+ years' experience in related work experience
