Job Summary

Develops and directs the internal Creative team including graphic design, content and editorial, multimedia (audio-visual) and brand management services. Has overall responsibility and accountability for the creation and integrity of all creative assets that promote and/or incorporate the Prisma Health brand and voice, and manages the external agency relationship(s) related to creative assets. Ensures increasing alignment between all markets and assets of the system; ensures and communicates consistent progress toward a more consumerism-centric marketing organization. Supports the Chief Strategy Officer by managing various department operations.

Essential Functions

  • Oversees the marketing activities of the internal Creative team to strengthen the Prisma Health brand identity and positioning, ensuring scalability over time. Includes development of multimedia advertising initiatives with measurable metrics to increase awareness, engagement and utilization in defined areas.

  • Directs the organization's creative advertising and audio-visual design and production efforts to ensure a consistent brand, both visually and voice. Includes overseeing traffic management to ensure effective use of resources, and managing outside vendor relationships to support business objectives.

  • In cooperation with other Marketing leaders, directs the creation and quality control of all creative assets for web, social and digital media. Participates in the development of external websites, intranet and digital marketing assets.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have direct reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field.

  • Experience - Eight (8) years experience in leadership role for professional marketing and/or communications department or agency experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
