As the Fleet Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining documents for new hires and employees who drive under the Department of Transportation (DOT).

What You'll Do

As the Fleet Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining documents for new hires and employees who drive under the Department of Transportation (DOT). Duties include:

  • Review and gather initial paperwork required for DOT applicants
  • Verify completion of previous DOT employment verification Verify and save results for Pre hire DOT Drug/Alcohol tests as required
  • Annual Order and review required MVR for every DOT driver
  • Annual Limited Query Pull on FMCSA Clearinghouse, review that you have the Limited Query forms for all hires that year
  • Make sure all tests are completed on time
  • Review all results and ensure correct posting of all results
  • Enter training on learning system for new DOT employees and reviews training needs during annual DOT file audit as needed.
  • Monthly, audit each site's electronic logs for HOS violations on the Omnitracs / People Net Portal.
  • Set up Drivers into Omnitracs and managers as needed
  • Submit RMA requests (Return Material Authorization)
  • Order products as needed by Dyno Nobel Transportation (DNTI) and Dyno Nobel Inc. (DNI) sites.
  • Process invoices via Omnitrax for DOT related services

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a fleet management or similar role
  • Understanding of department of transportation (DOT) rules and regulations
  • Experience using Omnitrax preferred
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
