Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as Director, Facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a broad breadth of critical processes and functions within Lantheus. From planning and coordinating facility maintenance and improvements to managing vendor relationships, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our facilities. As Director, Facilities, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Compliance, to develop and implement facility management strategies that align with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, tracking and reporting on facility metrics, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be managing a team of facilities professionals, both internal and external and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to changing situations is also crucial.
