In-Process Inspector (2nd Shift)

Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our second shift operations (2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) who will be responsible for inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process. Will conduct inspection of Flexible Printed Circuit Boards and Rigid flex for defects, as well as interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, etc., to verify that the product meets proper standards.

• Utilizing a microscope, verify that various product measurements of item characteristics, such as dimensions, angles, centering, etc., are accurate per the customer requirements. Once tested, complete required inspection documentation per Company standards.
• Review product lot travelers, logs, and production records for completion and accurate traceability.
• Re-work panels/parts if applicable and if necessary.
• Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• High School Diploma required; experience may be substituted for a degree
• Must be familiar with microscope and laboratory procedures in manufacturing environment
• Must know computer data entry and microscope operation
• 1+ years of printed circuit board related experience desired
• Ability to read and interpret customer blueprint and specification desired
