JOB SUMMARY Project Manager II - Patient Recruitment & Retention (Remote) Are you passionate about driving impactful change in the clinical trial industry? Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager II in Patient Recruitment & Retention, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping successful campaigns, innovative technology products, and driving results that matter! In this role, you'll take charge of managing digital advertising campaigns and technology products that drive patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials. From the initial kick-off to project closeout, you'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet objectives, and stay on budget. You will oversee performance metrics, manage timelines, provide regular updates, and refine strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and maximize client ROI. By coordinating across stakeholders, managing budgets, and leveraging data, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of clinical trials and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. |
