Job Summary:
The Wisconsin Union is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our team that runs the Sett Pub and the Memorial Union Terrace. This position is key to ensuring these venues operate efficiently, produce high quality food and meet our customer service standards. The successful person in this role will have confidence directing, training, and correcting staff. Responsibilities: Oversees daily food service operations and performs food preparation activities in environments such as dining, retail, and/or catering venues to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve food service goals.

This is the anticipated schedule and may change based on business needs. Work Type: Full Time: 100% Appointment Type, Duration: Ongoing/Renewable Salary: Minimum $22.00 HOURLY Additional Information: The Wisconsin Union operates from several buildings on the UW-Madison campus including Memorial Union, Union South, Fluno Center, Pyle Center, University Club, Red Gym, and the Student Activity Center. The Wisconsin Union is a financially self-supporting division of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Financial support for the organization is provided by income earned by over thirty food service units and a variety of nonfood units such as games, guest rooms, space rentals and campus vending. Substantial support is also provided by student fees. The total annual organizational budget is approximately $60 million dollars.
