    Background/Expertise:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field or equivalent education, training and work-related experience required.
    • Certification in HR or benefits administration (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leave and benefits administration, preferably in a healthcare setting, with experience working with Third-Party Administrators and managing ADAAA cases.
    • In-depth understanding of leave management laws (FMLA, ADAAA, etc.), benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
