A Wealth and Asset Management seasonal employee can expect to assist the team with projects in a timely manner as needed. Gain experience and knowledge of Wealth and Asset Management and interact within a professional environment.

PROVIDE ENHANCED CLIENT SERVICE AND TEAM SUPPORT

The seasonal employee will be tasked to handle different interactions whether it be with internal or external customers and give each one the WOW Customer experience. Assists operational professionals with departmental duties.

Possesses and display a positive approach in managing and embracing change. Continually evaluates processes and procedures to effectively use technology for efficiencies and accuracy.

FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAILS

Performs accurate review and research for all maintenance, transactional and client related activities, requests and assigned projects. Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulations set forth at the Federal and State levels. Adheres to the standards set forth by the bank.

SEEK PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Takes advantage of training opportunities to advance knowledge of rules and regulations that impact all avenues of asset management, estate, and trust administration. Additional training in the department will be required on an as needed basis.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. 4-year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience or must be in the process of obtaining a college degree and/or have experience in the field. A background screening will be conducted.

Position level will be commensurate with knowledge, experience and education.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to communicate clearly with clients verbally and in writing and be comfortable distilling sophisticated topics into easy-to-understand summaries for clients who may not have a lot of knowledge in fields in which they are seeking advice.

  • TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to utilize telephone systems and possesses basic digital literacy including email, internet and intranet. Prior experience or ability to learn any computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to perform basic finance and accounting concepts and calculations.
  • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute assignments of the job.

This position operates in a professional office environment with time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers as well as travel to clients for one-on-one meetings. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
