Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Of Counsel with at least 15 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join our nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group in Milwaukee. We are seeking a well-rounded and seasoned Labor & Employment attorney who has demonstrated an ability to thrive and prosper in highly competitive and complex environments.

A qualified candidate should have strong legal writing skills, employment-related counseling experience, and be well-versed in discovery, motion practice, and taking and defending depositions. Candidates should also have substantive experience with trial preparation in both state and federal courts along with hands-on labor negotiations experience.

Candidate must have approximately 10 years of private practice experience, coupled with at least two years of in-house Labor & Employment experience. Law clerkship experience with a federal court preferred. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Wisconsin Bar.
