Qualifications & Skills:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of service technician experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Experience in agricultural equipment or construction equipment repair
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills



Service Technician Responsibilities:



  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Repair or replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex problems.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance and support to customers.
  • Keep accurate records of service reports, parts, and inventory.
  • Offer recommendations for equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices.
