About the Role

Impact you will make

Design and develop exciting and engaging educational content for online learning-management systems. Propose new content and recommend revisions to existing content based on industry changes and best practices. Develop training and course material for revenue cycle departments, focusing on revenue cycle personnel in both facilities and provider offices.

What you will do



  • Design and develop online education content specific to revenue cycle personnel of varying skill levels, following both industry and regulatory standards for hospital and provider settings; the goal is to foster successful adoption and knowledge transfer in an online environment
  • Meet weekly and monthly production goals for content development
  • Conduct remote webinars and/or online virtual education for revenue cycle personnel as needed
  • Collaborate closely with content reviewers, incorporating feedback to ensure accuracy and enhance overall quality and consistency with style guidelines
  • Review existing FinThrive content and make recommendations based on changing payer and government regulations and healthcare work practices
  • Stay up to date with patient access and patient financial services processes, including insurance eligibility and benefits verification, scheduling, registration, billing, reimbursement, and collections, including job duties, technology, compliance, key performance indicators, and changing payer and government regulations in both facility and provider environments
  • Review and furnish content recommendations to our concierge team when expertise is requested by our customers



What you will bring



  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a patient access department with knowledge of patient financial services
  • Willingness to sit for CHAA and/or CRCR exam within 6-12 months of employment
  • Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions and best practices in facility and provider settings
  • Must be fluent in English and demonstrate excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Substantial experience in developing and presenting one-on-one or group education for providers and health care professionals
  • Juggle numerous projects, content types, and fluctuating priorities to make deadlines with minimal supervision
