Commercial Demand Planner

• Generate monthly and quarterly demand plans for assigned PC products that meet Lenovo's financial objectives.
• SBB & Attach Rate Planning for assigned PC products
• Collaborate with Product and Business Management team on product mix assumptions and growth rates by segment.
• Drive seamless product transitions while minimizing product gaps outs and obsolete inventory.
• Consider distribution inventory and sell through projections in the forecast.
• Plan and implement contingency plans to mitigate supply challenges or unforcasted demand upside.
• Identify improvement opportunities in reducing and managing parts liability.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and identify new ways of utilizing data and statistical methods to improve the forecast accuracy.

Basic Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain
* 2+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Operations

Preferred Requirements:

* Skilled in MS Excel, Power BI, SQE & database management
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with limited supervision
* Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands
* Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
* Must be a self-starter, a strong team player and have a disciplined work ethic.

* Prior experience in supply planning, demand planning, forecasting, inventory management or manufacturing operations is a plus.
